Shipping & Delivery

We want to get your goodies in your hands, as fast as possible. So we do our best to stick to 1-2 business days of processing. Once your order gets shipped out, delivery time can vary depending on what method you selected. 

Ground Shipping: Delivery in 3-7 business days via USPS

International Shipping: Delivery in 10-15 business days via USPS

The above is assuming we aren’t experiencing shipping delays. But usually, we’ll give you a heads-up if that’s the case.

Currently, we ship throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Living in Europe? Africa? Or even Australia? Let us know if you’re thirsty for Her Juice Bar and we’ll keep you updated if anything changes.  

Please note: We do not ship internationally outside of Canada, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

Once we ship your order, we'll slide into your inbox with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery. 

Refreshing the page and nothing’s happening? Give it another day, then come back and try again — sometimes your order needs to be well and truly off the ground for tracking to kick in. 

A good reminder: we don’t process, ship, or deliver orders on the weekends or on holidays. So take note of the public holidays. And order on a Monday if you’re extra keen.

Ah, those delivery trucks. This is a fairly common delivery issue. Most of the time, your order was handed to a receptionist or parcel locker, was accidentally delivered to a neighbor, or has been left in a mailroom/package room.

Double-checked all those places? Asked your office receptionist, or your partner if they’ve seen it? Still nothing? Send us an email and we’ll do our best to track it down for you.

For the best chance of finding your order, let us know within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

Some extra stuff that’s important for you to know. 

- Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Make sure your billing address is accurate, please. 

-Transit and delivery time may be extended due to inclement weather or general carrier delays/issues. Like around Christmas time. Or if there’s a hurricane going down. 

- Her Juice Bar cannot guarantee a delivery date. We can do our best to estimate. But there’s a lot out of our control. So, sit tight — we’ll be with you as soon as humanly possible. 

 

- Her Juice Bar is not responsible for lost shipments due to a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout — missing or invalid apartment number, incorrect street number, city, state, or zip code. Checked over your order and noticed an error? Email us immediately and let us know your correct address, so we can send your products to the right person — not some lucky stranger!

Orders & Returns

We have a teeny tiny window where we can edit your order. So if you need to change your address, email us here with your order number and your correct shipping address, and we’ll make the changes for you.

We do our best to accommodate all your requests, but if your order has already been shipped, we can’t guarantee it’ll arrive at the right place. Always triple-check your address before checking out.

If your order has already been processed, we can’t change the items or cancel the order. But if you get to us fast enough, we might be able to figure something out. Email us here — no guarantees, but we promise we’ll do our best.

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that your order isn’t what you expected. If you received the wrong items or if there was an issue with delivery, let us know within 15 days of your order date, and we'll fix the sitch. Email us here to sort it out.

As you might imagine, there are strict rules with Supplements, Personal Care Products, and Multivitamins — for everyone’s safety. 

Any unopened and unused products may be returned in the US within 15 days of the order’s delivery date for a refund. In the event of a return, refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. And shipping fees are non-refundable (sorry about that one).

  • Products that have been opened are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit. 
  • Orders outside of the 15-day return window are ineligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.
  • Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. In the event we're unable to refund back to the original form of payment due to a canceleled/expired credit card or closed bank account, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.
  • Orders purchased with Buy One Get One offers (BOGO) must be returned in full for a full refund. Returning part of a BOGO order will result in a partial refund, if eligible.
  • Special priced & Sale items are all final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or return.

Payments & Discounts

We like to keep your options open. For one-time purchases, we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, GPay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Venmo, as well as Buy Now, Pay Later with Klarna.

Signing up for a subscription? We accept credit, debit cards, PayPal, and ShopPay. We don’t accept Klarna as a payment method on subscription orders at this time. 

A note on Klarna: Klarna will set up 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks until your balance is covered. Klarna is only available for one-time orders over $35 (before shipping and taxes). If you have questions regarding approval, payment terms, or anything else, you can check in with the team at Klarna, here.

So, you’ve got a discount code. Lucky you! You can use this code on one-time orders at checkout. Simply type in the discount code on the first page of checkout — you’ll see this after you confirm your cart. You can only apply one code per order. Got another? Save it for next time! 

Rewards points can be applied to both one-time orders and subscription orders. You can redeem up to 400 points (a $20 discount) per order.

  • To apply to a one-time order, you can apply on the first page of checkout, after the card page.
  • To apply to an upcoming subscription order, just head to your account page and click MY REWARDS and apply your discount. 

Please note: only one discount code or rewards redemption is applicable per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, codes, or kits. 

*Exclusions apply: Subscription orders and sale items are not eligible for discounts. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer. For Buy One, Get One offers, the discount is limited to 5 free products per customer.

Oh no! If you’re having trouble with our discount code, here are a few things to consider:

  • Discount codes can only be applied to one-time orders. 
  • You can only use one discount code per order. 
  • Rewards points cannot be combined with a discount code.
  • Sale products & discounted products are not eligible for further discounts.
  • Subscription orders are not eligible for further discounts.

If your payment is still in a pending status, it will most likely return back to you. If your payment is posted to your account, please contact support@herjuicebar.com so we can fix this issue and make sure that we ship your order to you.

Our feminine washes, gels and scrubs can be used by teens.

However, our range was created with adults aged 18+ in mind. So if they’re interested in supplements and suppositories, it would be best to consult your child’s pediatrician if they’re interested in using Her Juice Bar products.

Subscriptions

It’s super simple. Click on the products you’d like to regularly receive, then choose the ‘Subscribe’ option before adding to cart. 

You’ll then get to select how often you'd like to receive your products. Done? Hit that checkout button and voila! We’re on our way to you.

We never want you to feel stuck — in jobs, situationships, and especially not subscriptions. So yes, you can swap, remove or add products whenever you like. You can also skip your delivery at any time to suit your schedule and your skin needs.

Of course! You’ll save 15% on every order, plus free shipping on orders over $60.

You’ll also get rewards points with every purchase and order renewal. Points can be redeemed for discounts on certain one-time purchases and certain subscription products.

Don’t stress if you see that “out of stock” sticker. We set aside enough products each month, especially for our subscribers, so you never have to worry about your faves going out of stock. It’s that VIP treatment you deserve.

Good question — and yes! When you make six subscription purchases or complete six subscription renewals, you’ll earn 100 bonus points and be even closer to redeeming your next reward. 

We’ll be sad to see you go, but yes you can. Simply log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions to make changes to delivery frequency or cancel.

Depends on how often we send products out to you. But basically, you’ll be charged when you first order, and then every time you receive a new order. 

Remember: you can update your order frequency — aka your next charge date — at any time. In case you’re going through your products faster or slower than you first anticipated.

Moving house? We’ll happily follow you anywhere. You can update your delivery address by logging into your account and clicking on the Manage Subscriptions tab. 

Just click "Edit Shipping Address" to get us shipped to the right place — and show off your new postcode. 

Absolutely. Our subscriptions are smart like that. After logging into your account, select the Manage Subscriptions tab. Then,  click on the "Manage" button next to the product you wish to edit. From here, you can change the order date, or you can even skip an upcoming order if you’ve still got a lot of product to get through.

New bank details, who dis. It’s easy to update your billing information on existing subscriptions. Log in to your account, go to Manage Subscriptions and select the "Update Billing" button. To keep things nice and secure, we’ll send you an email to safely update your billing information.

It’s likely! Subscription orders will be shipped with Standard Shipping, which is a flat rate of $7 on each renewal. But Free Shipping is an option for subscription orders over $60. 

If you have multiple subscription products and want them to ship together to receive the Free Shipping rate, make sure the products have the same upcoming order dates and are combined under one address and payment method. 

If you want to add products to your subscription to reach the $60 Free Shipping minimum (smart idea), we recommend adding products to upcoming subscription orders through the customer portal versus purchasing a new subscription order altogether. You can even add one-time purchases to your order through the customer portal. But please note, Free Shipping is determined by the subtotal of the products after the 15% discount has been applied.

As our loyal community knows, if you have an existing subscription as well as points piling up, you can apply them to upcoming subscription orders and redeem extra rewards.

Sign into your account and go to the Manage Subscriptions tab. Your points balance is displayed with the option to "Redeem" a reward if you have enough points. Select the reward you want to redeem. It will ask "Are you sure?" — of course you are! When you select "yes," your points are immediately deducted and a code is displayed. Copy the code and paste it under the "Apply My Rewards" link next to the desired subscription. Then hit save. 

Once saved, the page will refresh and you’ll see the code has been added. It will automatically apply on the date the subscription renews.

You can also find redemption codes on the Rewards page in the section on "Using Points on Existing Subscriptions". Copy the code from here, make your way back to the Manage Subscriptions tab within your account, then paste it under the "Apply My Rewards" link to redeem.

We like to keep your options open. So yes, Shop Pay can be used as the payment method for your subscriptions. 

However, Shop Pay Installments aren’t able to be applied towards subscription purchases.

Firstly, you need to earn a minimum of 125 points. Shouldn’t take you long. Once you have enough points, simply click ‘Redeem now’ in your account, and you can start shopping. Then, when you place your order, simply click the option to apply your points at checkout — only possible if you’re not also using a discount code. 


You’ll be shown how many points you have and how many points you can select to apply to the order. The discount amounts are fixed:

  • $5 discount – 125 Bar Credits 
  • $10 discount – 250 Bar Credits 
  • $15 discount - 375 Bar Credits 
  • $20 discount - 500 Bar Credits 
  • $25 discount - 625 Bar Credits

Simply click on ‘Rewards History’ under the ‘My Rewards’ tab of your account to see your history of earned rewards. Looking good. 

You can combine your earned credits with a digital Her Juice Bar gift card. All you have to do is enter your gift card code in the correct field and then apply your Cocktail Club credits. You cannot combine your credit discount with any other discount code.

Most of your points will be added to your account instantly after taking an action. The only exception is with your birthday credits: if you tell us your birthday, 50 credits will automatically get credited to your account on your next birthday.

They do expire, so use them or lose them! Your points will expire after 12 months if they haven’t been redeemed.

If you return a product, you’ll lose any points that you chose to put towards that order. Rules are rules.
