Yes! Please note: We do not ship to freight forwarders.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your shipping method. Below you'll find the estimated delivery timeframes for each shipping method. Please note that these timeframes do not take into account order processing. Please allow 2-3 business days after ordering for your order to be picked, packed, and shipped.


Delivery in 5-8 business days, via USPS.


Delivery in 3-4 business days, vis USPS


Delivery in 6-18 business days, via USPS

A reminder that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders over the weekend or on holidays.

When will my order ship?

After placing your order, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared, packed, and shipped. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships out, we'll email you tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery. Our couriers will provide an estimated delivery date based on transit. If you don't see shipping information after 5 business days from your order date, please double check your spam or trash folder in case our email got lost.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process before shipping out, as we take extra precautions to ensure our fulfillment team’s and customers’ safety. If you've placed your order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your 2-3 business days of processing time will start on the following Monday (or business day). Thank you for your patience!

My order was delivered, but I don't have it and can't find it. 

We find that most of the time that your order was likely mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up by someone else in your household. Please double check those places and with your household first, and if you still have trouble, please contact us here so we can help out!

Please note: if there is an issue with your delivery, please let us know within 7 days of your noted delivery date or of the date the issue occurred. We're unable to help past the 7-day mark, 

and all issues should be reported to the carrier directly at that point.

How can I change or edit my shipping address? 

Please contact us here with your order number and your correct shipping address, so we can make changes as quickly as possible.

We will make best efforts to accommodate your request, though we ask that you double check your address prior to placing your order, as we cannot guarantee a change in address once your order is processed.

How can I cancel or change my order?

We're unable to edit the items in an order or cancel an order once it has been processed. However, please contact us here so we can best help in accommodating your request!

Has Her Juice Bar’s website changed?

Yes! We are currently rebranding; we have a new website and new product packaging COMING SOON! <3

My order arrived, but it wasn't correct. What can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive looking quite right! If you received the wrong items or if there was an issue with delivery, please let us know within 7 days of your delivery date, and we'll work to correct the problem!

Important Shipping Notes

Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Transit and delivery time may be extended due to inclement weather or general carrier delays/issues. Her Juice Bar cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Her Juice Bar is not responsible for lost shipments due to a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number, incorrect street number, city, state, or zip code). In the event you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us here and let us know your correct address, ASAP!
