The Body Shot includes 50 full-size dry cleansing towels made from sustainably sourced plant fiber. The soft, durable texture helps lift sweat, oil, dead skin, and external buildup while creating a rich lather with feminine wash or body cleanser. Wet one towel thoroughly. Apply your preferred Her Juice Bar feminine wash or body cleanser and work it into a lather. Cleanse the body using gentle circular motions. When washing your intimate area, use light pressure, cleanse the external vulva only, and always move from front to back. Rinse thoroughly and dry as usual.

For the cleanest routine, use a new towel each time. If reused, do not use it more than twice and allow it to dry completely in a clean area between uses. Do not flush. Dispose of it in a trash or compost bin.

Can reusable washcloths hold bacteria?
Yes. Damp washcloths can retain bacteria, oil, dead skin, and other buildup between uses. Washing and fully drying reusable cloths regularly matters. The Body Shot gives you the option of starting each cleanse with an unused towel.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The towels are hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, soft, and dermatologist-tested and recommended. Use light pressure on delicate areas.

Does the towel exfoliate?
The plant-fiber texture provides light physical exfoliation as it lifts dead skin and buildup. It is not intended to replace a body scrub or aggressive exfoliating cloth.

Can I use one towel more than once?
We recommend using a new towel each time. If you reuse one, limit it to two uses and allow it to dry completely in a clean area between uses.

Can I use it on my face?
If you use The Body Shot on your face, start with a separate unused towel. Never use the same towel on your face after cleansing your intimate area.
